  I truly have NEVER been to such a wonderful dentist. My visits to his office - from the office personnel, to his hygienist, assistants, and staff - have been an absolute pleasure! Dr. Burgess has always made me feel at ease and very confident in his work. I highly recommend him to everyone! Love the music and atmosphere too! :-)

  How healthy are your teeth? Madison Dental Care has been more than just a dentist to our family. With a great staff and excellent service. I really enjoy going their for my dental needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand everything prior to each treatment. They make your visit was comfortable with nice clean rooms and great chairs that don't hurt your back. This is definitely a place I would recommend anyone to visit. You will not be disappointed. Very affordable we moved from here from Hawaii and looked around the area. At some places I visited it didnt give you that family feel just a number and go. They really care about you and make sure you stay healthy. I only wishes I had them sooner the knowledge they shared to help me and my wife make right changes to keep healthy. Thank you Madison for your services keep doing what you are doing it's making a difference.
