- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wasn't told that I was going to be billed as a new customer after I had already been with them previously. They informed me of my new customer billing when I got my bill in the mail that reflected as such instead of being billed for the physical I went in for. When I called in, a female representative responded by getting smart instead of trying to provide a solution to the problem.
