- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was seen by Dr. Spear last week was told to follow up if no signs of improvement. Called Monday spoke with Hope explained what was going on Hope said she relayed message to Dr. Spear. That afternoon I did not hear anything back so I called was told by another girl that answered phone that the message wasn't relayed. I asked to speak with office manager and the young lady I spoke with totally ignored my request to speak with the office manager and then she tried to cover for Hope. People don't waste your time going here if they aren't able to employ a competent receptionist then it makes me wonder about their competency to practice medicine.March 01, 2017by David T
